๐Ÿ“ฆ How can I place an order at Divine Pain?

You can place your order as a guest or by creating an account. If you choose to register, you'll have access to your purchase history, waitlist, and order tracking all in one place.


๐Ÿงพ Can I modify or cancel my order once it's confirmed?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. We can help you change the size, change the address, or cancel the order.

Once the order has been processed by the carrier, changes or cancellations are not possible.


๐Ÿ“ How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. If you have a Divine Pain account, you can also view it in your profile, under "My Orders."


๐Ÿ”„ How can I return or exchange an item?

From the moment you receive your order, you can request an exchange or return.
You must first contact us and follow the instructions before making any shipments.

Conditions:

The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Divine Pain (except if the product is defective).

We do not accept returns on personalized or used products.

๐Ÿ’ฐ How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.
The value of the product is refunded, excluding shipping (except in cases of error or defective garment).
The process may take up to 15 business days after verifying the product's status.


๐Ÿงพ Can I choose a voucher instead of a refund?

Yes. You can request a digital coupon for the same amount to use on future collections. It doesn't expire.

Yes. We ship to all of Colombia and several countries abroad.

Colombia: 2โ€“5 business days from dispatch.

International: Up to 15 business days

The cost is automatically calculated based on your address at checkout.

No. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a verifiable manufacturing defect.
