If your package shows visible damage, has been opened, or you notice any missing items, it's important to note this on the delivery note.
Also, record an opening video as proof, without cuts or editing.
You have up to 3 calendar days from the reception to report it.

If there is no record in the guide or if there is no clear evidence, We cannot assume direct liability . The case will initially be handled by the carrier.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
If your garment has quality or manufacturing defects, you can request a warranty. according to Colombian law . Initially it will be attempted repair the product . If this is not possible, you may choose to:
-A replacement of the same reference.
-A credit balance for future purchases.
-The return of the money.
-The item must be clean, unaltered, and should only be sent after receiving authorization.
EXCHANGE POLICY AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, We do not accept changes or returns in underwear, swimwear, stockings, leggings, fragrances, jewelry, or personal care items.
To request an exchange, the item must:
-Not having been used or washed.
-Keep all original labels.
-Be clean and free of visible stains.
-No traces of deodorant, makeup or substances that could damage the fabric.
-Not having been exposed to bleach or chemicals.
-Maintain its original color and appearance, without signs of fading.
-Not having been adjusted, modified or altered in any way.
-The structure and shape of the garment must remain intact.
-Prints, embroidery or appliqués must not show any damage from washing or handling.
-Be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
-We recommend not removing the label before trying on the garment.
-The original packaging must be kept in good condition.
-We recommend that you have proof of purchase or order information on hand.

Once the garment is received, it will be evaluated by our quality team. If improper use is verified, the warranty will not apply.
If approved, Divine Pain will cover the shipping costs. If rejected, the customer must cover the shipping costs to receive the item again.
If the guarantee is not approved , the customer must assume the transportation costs generated during the process.
Divine Pain will send a detailed notification with the technical reasons and evidence supporting the decision.
Payment for shipping costs must be made to the account indicated so that the product can be returned to the customer.
The maximum response time is 30 business days. from receipt of the product.
WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us through our WhatsApp line. +57 310 389 8473 within the 5 business days after delivery of the order, according to the transport company's records.
Once you establish contact, we will guide you step by step through the procedure you must follow. It is essential that Do not send the product without prior authorization , as we need to follow up on the case in detail. Divine Pain is not responsible for packages sent without approval or for losses caused by unauthorized shipments.
The client must assume the transportation costs and send the product in optimal conditions, accompanied by photographic evidence Proof that the item is in perfect condition, unaltered, and free of signs of use. We recommend insuring the package for its full value in case of loss or damage during transit.
For the withdrawal to be valid, the garment must retain:
-All of yours original labels, tags and accessories .
-He packaging in which it was delivered .
-And not show signs of use, deterioration, washing, modification or any alteration that affects its original condition.
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the conditions mentioned, you will be asked for a bank certification in the name of the holder who made the purchase. The money back will be processed within a maximum period of 15 business days from the moment we confirm receipt and approval of the withdrawal.
Important:
The refund will cover only the value of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The right of withdrawal Does not apply to products on sale, with a discount, or that have been used or altered .
Anything not specified herein shall be governed by current Colombian legislation.
